One manga to dissuade young people from to smoke ? In any case, this is the idea of Inpes (National Institute for Prevention and Education for Health) which has designed a 10-minute Japanese animated film intended for young people.
This prevention campaign aims to “denormalize” the cigarette and prevent young people from starting to smoke. Studies show that 8% of 11-year-olds try to smoke and then achieve daily consumption in 18% of 15-year-olds.
