A dietary supplement containing a blend of thirty vitamins and minerals, all natural ingredients widely available in health food stores, has shown remarkable anti-aging properties. It could even reverse the massive loss of brain cells, according to the findings of a study published in the medical journal Environmental and Molecular Mutagenesis. Conclusions obtained on mice.
Researchers at McMaster University in Canada have designed a cocktail that contains common ingredients such as vitamins B, C and D, folic acid, extract of green tea, cod liver oil and dietary supplements.
A mixture that altered the aging of mouse brain cells

This anti-aging cocktail must be tested in humans
The next step in the research is to test the supplement on humans, likely within the next two years, and target those who are struggling with neurodegenerative diseases.
“We know this because mice go through the same basic cellular mechanisms that contribute to neurodegeneration as humans. All species, in fact. There is one thing all of us have in common.”
