And the most antisocial drivers

Anyone with a driver’s license and a street-legal car or motorcycle can enter the Nürburgring during Touristenfahrten, you know that by now. The appeal of the Nordschleife is therefore universal and it attracts all kinds of drivers. For example, people who take ‘tourist ride’ just a little too seriously and just don’t stop for a picnic along the track. It is better not to have these visitors on the road with people who take it just a little too seriously.
In many cases, drivers can ask themselves: ‘if I have the spatial awareness of a roof tile, do I have to go on the Nürburgring with my family box or is that dangerous?’ In other cases you can still discuss the risks that the faster drivers take. After all, it remains a public session, and there you also have to respect the slower drivers. And sometimes it’s just a misjudgment on both sides.
Below is a compilation of unsafe moments at the Nürburgring. Most situations wouldn’t arise if one side stepped aside and the other was a little more patient. After all, there is no trophy waiting at the end of Döttinger Höhe – at most the famous Golden Pineapple.
