
Tasty, fast and super healthy: that is a breakfast with overnight oats. In other words: an oatmeal breakfast that you prepare in the evening.
Ingredients

6 tablespoons oatmeal

1 grated apple

Lemon juice

4 dried apricots

1 tablespoon dried cranberries

full cottage cheese
Preparation
Start in the evening, so that you are ready quickly in the morning! In the evening, soak the oats with ten tablespoons of water, the grated apple and a little lemon juice. The next morning, add the chopped (dried) apricot, dried cranberries and a little full-fat cottage cheese.
Tip
Save the empty cottage cheese containers so that you can make your breakfast in them. Easy to take with you if you have to go to work early, for example!
