
A table full of diners? Nice, but what are you going to prepare? In any case, this delicious ice cream cake is a good idea to finish with.
Ingredients

2 liters of ice cream

800 grams of fruit from the freezer (blueberries, raspberries, pomegranate, cherries, strawberry)

50 grams of dark chocolate (minimum 75% cocoa)

50 grams of butter

100 grams dates (preferably medjoul)

75 grams of oatmeal

2 dl whipped cream

Powdered sugar

Springform ø 22 cm
Preparation
Remove the ice cream and fruit from the freezer, let the ice cream thaw slightly on the counter. Put a quarter of the fruit back in the freezer first and let the rest thaw. Melt the chocolate with the butter in a bowl suspended in a pan of hot water (au bain-marie). Cut the dates into very small pieces. Mix the dates with the oatmeal through the melted butter and chocolate. Line the bottom of the springform pan with baking paper and press the oatmeal mixture evenly onto the bottom. Whip the whipped cream until stiff. Flatten some of the thawed fruit with a fork. Mix the fruit with the whipped cream through the ice cream. Spoon the ice cream on the bottom and smooth the top. Place the ice cream cake in the freezer for at least 2 hours. Remove the pie and the rest of the fruit from the freezer about 30 minutes before serving and place in the refrigerator. Remove the cake from the mold just before serving. Garnish with the fruit and sprinkle with some powdered sugar.

Also delicious with tropical fruits such as mango, pineapple and papaya.
