Which food improves my resistance?
Even though I eat fruits and vegetables every day, I regularly suffer from eczema, cold sores and lack of energy. On the internet I find all kinds of tips for losing weight and the like, but that is not necessary for me. What can I eat and drink to feel a little better and healthier?

You can do a lot with your diet to feel healthier and more energetic, but some points can also be caused by external influences. Fever rash often has to do with the resistance your body has built up. But especially in times of stress, sun or extreme cold you can also suffer from cold sores. It is therefore important to have a good resistance. You can improve this with a healthy and varied diet.
Healthy food
Vitamins take care of the resistance and the construction of your body to a large extent. So it is very important to take this into account in your daily diet.
In principle, the same applies to you as to people who want to lose weight: eat healthy. Only you do not have to take an energy limitation into account. Eat plenty of vegetables, fruit and whole grain products, watch out for saturated fat and exercise enough. This can go a long way toward helping you feel better.
Eczema
Eczema can have various causes. For example, it can stem from an allergy. You may also be allergic to a food. Take a look at your diet and the onset of the eczema and maybe you can find a connection that way. If you continue to suffer from it, it is useful to contact an expert in that field.
