Comparing apples to oranges
A healthy diet consists of at least 250 grams of vegetables and two pieces of fruit. You can still determine those vegetables with a scale, but what about fruit?
You cannot compare a banana to a mango and a strawberry is a bit smaller than an orange. How much do you need to get one, or actually two pieces of fruit?
