Wraps are easy and almost everyone likes them. Ideal for an easy Sunday. Serve with a tasty chicory salad or cucumber salad.

1 red bell pepper

400 grams lean ground beef

1 package tomato sugo á 250 ml

1 teaspoon ginger powder

1 pack soft Tortillas (medium 8 pieces)

100 grams of grated 30+ cheese
Preparation
• Clean the onions and cut them into thin rings
• Clean the bell pepper and cut into strips
• Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for 3 minutes
• Add the bell pepper and the minced meat and fry the minced meat, stirring constantly
• Season with 200 ml tomato sugo and the herbs
• Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
• Grease a rectangular dish (as wide as a tortilla) with a little oil
• Take 1 tortilla, put 1/8 of the minced meat mixture on it and roll up the tortilla like a pancake
• Place the package seam side down in the baking dish
• Fill all tortillas in the same way and place them side by side in the baking dish
• Sprinkle with the cheese
• Bake the wraps in the oven for about 25 minutes
