2 small zucchini

1 small red pepper

5 cherry tomatoes

2 teaspoons capers
Preparation
- Peel the potatoes. Boil them in a little water with a lid on the pan for about 20 minutes.
- Season the chops with pepper and bake them in the hot margarine for 12 to 15 minutes until tender and brown.
- Wash the courgettes and cut them into quarters lengthwise. Cut them into pieces of about 2 centimeters.
- Remove the seeds from the washed pepper and cut it into small pieces.
- Fry the peppers briefly in the oil.
- Add the zucchini and a little water and braise the vegetables for about 6 minutes.
- Wash the tomatoes and cut them once.
- Add the tomatoes and capers to the zucchini and heat through.
