What if your sweating helps you seduce? This is what an Australian study suggests, which has just revealed a direct link between diet, sweating and seduction.
Some perspiration odors are considered pleasant
Our diet has an impact on the smell of our sweat. A smell that it would be good not to overlook, as it has been proven that it plays a very important role in the art of seduction. An Australian study has in fact just proven that certain odors of male perspiration could be pleasant for women, while others repel them.
To achieve this result, these four psychologists at Macquarie University in Australia took sweat samples from men, before classifying them according to their diet. These samples were then submitted to several women who were invited to give their feelings about the odors..
More vegetables and less pasta to seduce
The odors of perspiration given off by men who have consumed fruits and vegetables are considered pleasant by women, who have indeed noted floral, fruity and sweet scents. The same is true of odors given off by men who have consumed proteins such as meat, tofu or eggs.
Carbohydrate enthusiasts, which are mostly found in bread and pasta, should be wary, however. Their smell of perspiration was found to be unpleasant and repulsive by women who have taken the test. Bottom Line: A healthy diet of fruits and vegetables, low in carbohydrates and high in protein, will ensure good health while bringing you luck in love.
