Do you find it difficult to drink enough water? Variety makes it easier. Instead of ‘normal’ water, drink fruit water with lemon, raspberry and rosemary.

125 grams of raspberries

4 sprigs of fresh rosemary

1 lemon
Preparation
Cut half a lemon into thin slices. Squeeze the other half and pour into a large pitcher. Add the water to this. Crush the rosemary in a mortar and put it in the jug, along with the lemon slices and the raspberries. You can add a lemon for extra acidity. And on extra hot days, adding ice cubes is an option.
