
Fancy a nice dessert? Treat yourself and your family to this chocolate panna cotta. Mmm, that’s going to be fun!
Ingredients

150 g dark chocolate (minimum 75 percent cocoa)

1½ tablespoons custard (or cornstarch)

250 ml whole milk

250 ml whipped cream
Preparation
- Finely chop 125 grams of the chocolate. Save the remaining 25 grams for the garnish.
- Stir the custard with a little milk. Heat the whipping cream and the rest of the milk over low heat. Stir in the custard mixture with a whisk. Keep stirring until it starts to boil. Remove the pan from the heat.
- Add the chocolate and stir with a wooden spoon until completely melted.
- Pour the slightly cooled chocolate cream into glasses and let it cool to room temperature. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Serve the panna cotta cold. Grate the remaining chocolate and garnish with it.
