I have double pneumonia for the third time now. Every time I recover badly from it, despite the antibiotics. Do you know why I keep getting pneumonia, and do you have any tips for recovery?

Healthy young people are less likely to get pneumonia. The chance increases as you get older, but also when the condition of the lungs is bad. For example, if someone smokes a lot, the inner lining of the airways is damaged and the self-cleaning capacity is reduced. It is also possible that the patient does not ‘breathe through’ properly because there is something wrong with the respiratory muscles, the ribs or the back (for example, collapsed vertebrae due to osteoporosis), or because someone is simply not very active.
So a lot is possible. I can’t really say what’s going on with you, but the best way to get your lungs as healthy as possible is to get fresh air and exercise a lot so you can breathe well.
