Matcha green tea sorbet recipe
Ingredients (1 person)
- 1/2 L of water
- 40 g of unrefined light sugar
- 3 Tbsp of Japanese green leaf tea
- 1 pinch of grated fresh ginger
- The juice of 1/2 lime
Preperation
- Boil the water with the sugar and green tea.
- Leave to infuse for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Filter and add the ginger.
- When the syrup has cooled, add the lemon juice.
- Keep cold for a few hours.
- Set in an ice cream maker and finish setting in the freezer.
