Preparation
- Peel 600 g carrots and cut them into slices.
- Peel and slice 2 onions.
- Cook everything in boiling salted water for about 20 minutes.
- Take a little zest from 1 orange using a zester or a small grater.
- Squeeze the orange.
- Take out the vegetables with a skimmer and mix them with the orange juice, a little zest, 1 tbsp. to c. of fennel seeds, salt and pepper.
- Add a little cooking water to obtain the ideal consistency.
