Renault offers in France, with the bodybuilder Kollé, pick-up versions of the Express Van. There are three types of transformation, from the simple bin to the tilting body on a cylinder. The conversion of the van starts at € 3,990 excluding taxes.
A Renault Express Van pick-up can hide another. Last spring, the diamond manufacturer announced the marketing in Italy of a tipper version of its new Express Van transformed by the local bodybuilder Focaccia. For our market, the brand once again calls on the French Kollé and is launching a similar model there today.
A pick-up for the city
Kollé offers three types of pick-up conversion for the Express Van, a small van based on the late Dacia Dokker. In the simplest way, the vehicle retains its compact dimensions and receives a polyester container measuring 1.80 m long, 1.40 m wide and 70 cm high separated from the passenger compartment by a glass partition. The asymmetrical rear doors have been cut out but preserved, and peak at 72.5 cm high. Kollé announces a payload (remaining) ranging from 650 kg to 790 kg depending on the engine chosen.
Pivoting skips for a variety of uses
The Kollé pick-up can also be fitted with an aluminum tipping body measuring 1.56m long, 1.06m wide and 58cm high. It displays 1 m3 useful volume, even 1.8 m3 with the optional side extensions, and the bodybuilder announces between 450 kg and 590 kg of payload. Finally, a model with a jaw-mounted bucket, which can tilt 95 °, is available for uses such as waste collection. It offers up to 2 m3 of useful volume and 500 kg of payload.
The conversion of the Express Van into a pick-up by Kollé starts at € 3,990 excl. The vehicle is marketed in the Renault network.
