The French Mutuality responds in detail to the attacks against generic drugs. She formulates 10 proposals to restore the confidence of the French. The report shows, for example, that generic drugs are subject to the same manufacturing and quality control rules as reference drugs.
Likewise, some generics come out of the same production lines as their reference product. Among the Mutuality’s proposals, some include the establishment within the National Agency for the Safety of Medicines and Health Products (ANSM) of a Generic Market Observatory.
