The argus launches the 2022 vintage of its major survey on the future of automobile engines. The succession of crises has a very strong impact on the car market, and especially on prices. Within this unstable environment, what energy keeps your favors? The floor is yours.
Until July 4, The argus invites you to take part in the seventh edition of its Energy Barometer. The context is difficult for the automotive industry, between various taxes (ecological and weight penalty), low emission zones (ZFE), future Euro 7 anti-pollution standard, reduction of CO emissions2 imposed by Europe… Added to this are the geopolitical and health crises, but also the shortages (semiconductors, raw materials, etc.) which are driving up production costs and mechanically the prices of new cars. Not to mention the soaring prices of fuel or even electricity. While Europe is pursuing a policy of ecological transition at a forced march, the auto industry is facing uncertainties. This is also the case for buyers, who are spoiled for choice when it comes to energy (electricity, hybrid, LPG, E85, etc.).
