A GTA game is not complete without the right radio and music, unfortunately that is missing in the GTA Trilogy.
With the necessary updates, GTA Trilogy has finally become a bit playable. But what unfortunately cannot be fixed with an update are the radios in GTA 3, Vice City and San Andreas. The three games feature iconic tracks played on the radios in cars, boats and helicopters and/or airplanes. But unfortunately the iconic music cannot be found in GTA Trilogy: Definitive Edition. That has to do with rights. Or simply the lack of it.

Fortunately, the community will help you on your way. At least, if you play GTA Trilogy: Definitive Edition on the computer. A modder by the name of ToxicLBC has come up with a fix for Vice City within GTA Trilogy. The radio and all associated songs from Vice City Stories are coming to GTA Trilogy with this mod. The file is 1.7 GB and you can download it for free.
It just makes the game a bit more complete. Because driving around the city without the iconic music makes it a kind of apple pie without whipped cream. And of course you just want that whipped cream! Through nexus mods you can download the package. Good luck.
