The first clear gameplay images of Gran Turismo 7 have been shared, is this perhaps going to be a setback?
It is with a little bit of pain in my heart that I write this article. Growing up with Gran Turismo and the fact that I games Having been playing for over 20 years, I’m obviously eagerly awaiting Part 7 in March 2022 for PlayStation 4 and 5. But a video shared this week does not reassure that Polyphony Digital has pulled out all the stops.
Gran Turismo 7 gameplay
In the images we see a classic job from the past: Deep Forest. Very cool that this track is coming back in GT7. In a slightly modified form. Apparently the effects on the climate also affect the virtual world of Gran Turismo. Quite a few trees are missing compared to the original.
Quite frankly, this first impression gives the feeling that you are playing GT Sport with a graphics upgrade. But let’s hope new gameplay videos prove otherwise. Despite the perhaps somewhat limited innovations, Gran Turismo 7 is going to be fun to play. An extensive single player, hundreds of cars, dynamic weather conditions and the ability to drive cars. GT7 will be released exclusively on PS4 and PS5 next March.
