Big year at Renault with the 50th anniversary of the R5, the sixty years of the R8. The ancestor of the Austal SUV, the Colorale Prairie, turns 70. The elegant Simca 1000 Coupé at sixty years old and its sedan in its smart version Rallye 10 less. In February 1972, a Rallye 1 variant received an engine whose displacement went from 1,118 to 1,294 cm3, the power climbs from 53 to 60 hp. Second stage, in September 1972, with the Rallye 2 of the same displacement but now strong of 82 hp by the means of a pair of double-barrel carburettors.

TALBOT

In the Peugeot 104 Coupé, Citroën LN / LNA and Talbot Samba trio, only the latter was entitled to a convertible version.
