PC users have been able to map out what information is located where on the hard drive for years. For example, you can see whether large files are stored in fragments. Is there such a thing for memory? Well and or, and it comes from Microsoft itself too. The program is called VMMap and it can show you in great detail and in real time the memory usage of any running application. For the average user, this information is especially interesting if a program seems to be using an extreme amount of memory.
