We’ve seen games where you had to paint a surface, but the action always played out in two dimensions. However, in Paint the Cube you need spatial awareness. In a cube there is a groove that can run on all sides. You start with your paintbrush to paint somewhere in such a groove and the task in each level is of course to fill it completely. You do this by steering the brush in a certain direction. The problem with this is that it only stops when the groove changes direction. If you do not plan smartly, you will easily miss spots or end up in a loop.
