Musk does not mince his words and goes hard, because there are Dogecoin problems with transactions.
The CEO of Tesla is a fan of Dogecoin. He has already promoted this meme coin several times. He himself also has many of these coins. That’s why he takes it to himself that there are problems with one of the largest trading platforms. Musk calls Binance’s Dogecoin issue ‘shady’ – saying he’s raising the issue on behalf of other Doge holders.
Musk and the Dogecoin Problems
The Tesla CEO has his concerns voiced at cryptocurrency exchange Binance about the Dogecoin problem. Musk calls the situation “murky” and adds that “Doge holders using Binance should be protected from mistakes that are not their fault.” Both Binance CEO Changpeng Zhao and the official Twitter account for the crypto exchange responded. That makes sense, because Musk has a lot of followers and influence.
The problem at Binance resulted in numerous erroneous Dogecoin transactions. With some users reporting that their accounts were frozen. Then you can miss out on profit. Or your loss will increase. Both undesirable.
Binance
The official Binance account disagreed with Musk about the murky situation. “No, not obscure – just frustrating and we’re working on it,” the exchange’s official account wrote, pointing to Musk’s thread detailing the situation it previously posted.
“The root cause is a technical issue during the recent upgrade process that caused old trades to be resent to 1,674 users,” Binance explained, clarifying that the issue was occurring on Binance and not on other crypto trading platforms”. This could take up to a week to completely resolve. Musk believes that a solution must be found for the owners of Dogecoin. We will see.
