I have suffered from bladder infections for years, although I take vitamin C and cranberry tablets daily. I also eat at least one orange every day and I also drink two or three glasses of fresh orange juice. I ended up taking antibiotics again.
Are there not enough acids in my body and do I eventually have insufficient resistance?

I’m sorry that you have so many urinary tract infections. There is much debate whether vitamin C whether cranberry helps.
Sugar
There’s nothing wrong with drinking a glass of orange juice every now and then. However, orange juice does contain sugar, if you take a lot of it, you will ingest a lot of calories unnoticed.
Advice
My advice is: ensure a good resistance by eating healthy (including two pieces of fruit a day and an occasional glass of juice to replace a piece of fruit), drinking enough (1.5 to 2 liters per day) exercise regularly and get enough sleep. This way I hope you don’t get a bladder infection as quickly.
