Do not reproduce the errors of the first deconfinement
Do not expect deconfinement identical to that of the month of May. On this subject, the Prime Minister wanted to be rather reassuring on November 12th. “We can of course find his family, but it would not be reasonable to hope to be able to organize this party for several dozen people, especially for New Years Eve on December 31.” And as a third wave cannot be ruled out, the Scientific Council advocates the “stop and go” strategy which consists of alternating periods of confinement and deconfinement.
