Frozen products contaminated with Covid-19
According to the theory supported by those close to the Chinese Communist Party, that the Chinese newspaper Global Times was able to questionthe Covid-19 epidemic would have started in Wuhan because frozen products imported from abroad were there, in particular meat from Australia, seafood from Ecuador or cherries from Chile.

Beijing seeks to exculpate itself
However, if the track mentioned by Beijing of frozen food contaminated with Covid-19 remains to be explored, the scientific community is skeptical about indirect contamination by packaging. According to experts interviewed by the wall street journalthe efforts of Beijing to offer new explanations on the origin of the pandemic would be due to the international but also national pressure to which China is subjected on this file.
According to Yanzhng Huang, former member of Health at the Council on Strange Relations in New York, China itself is “looking for evidence that can exculpate the country”. For now, a United Nations investigation is still ongoing to determine the origins of the coronavirus pandemic. China is to welcome ten international experts so that they can carry out their investigations in Wuhan. However, no date has yet been set by Beijing to receive them.
