Beautiful books on brands or models

At the end of the year 2021, the shelves of bookstores have been enriched with some new beautiful books. The ETAI editions are particularly prolific with no less than 5 new books launched since October. The “My Father’s Cars” collection gives pride of place to two Renault cars which have just passed the 30th anniversary: the Clio de 1time generation and the Scénic, which paved the way for compact MPVs. For lovers of models of the diamond brand, offer the “Generations 4L” box with two volumes entirely devoted to this legendary model. To learn more about the books, click on the images.

For Porsche Boxster lovers, Sylvain Reiser, automotive journalist at Le Figaro, tells you the story of this providential roadster which enabled the German manufacturer to avoid bankruptcy. For his part, the author Michel Tona, to whom we owe many books on Mercedes, is celebrating the 60th anniversary of the Jaguar Type E. More than 200 photographs are offered in this 140-page book.

And for those who want to dream, here are two books not to be missed. On the one hand, the beautiful book by Nicolas Meunier, automotive journalist, which presents 70 exceptional cars put into circulation between 2005 and 2021: from the Lamborghini Reventon to the Porsche 918 through more exotic models such as the Czinger 21C. For his part Akram Ojjeh, better known to young people as Akram Junior, tells the story and anecdotes of more than 80 cars with unusual stories: Renault Espace F1, 104 Peugette or Bugatti Galibier … other 100% auto books in our slideshow.
Beautiful books on motorsport

Motorsport enthusiasts are not left out! The Formula 1 Ferrari are at the heart of several works. The one that caught our attention is the one signed by Peter Nygaard and prefaced by Jean-Louis Moncet. The author tells the fascinating story of the Scuderia in over 500 pages and 1,000 Grands Prix. Do you prefer an immersion at Alpine? The sports journalist, Jean-Sébastien Fernandès, takes you behind the scenes of the French team to meet the people who bring it to life. Photos and unpublished interviews punctuate the book. Finally, for those who adore Michael Schumacher or Jacques Laffite, the very talented sports photographer, Bernard Asset, has taken from his archives many unpublished photographs of the pilots. Exclusive interviews with engineers, directors and other pilots were collected to tell the career of these two pilots.
