Preparation
- Chop 500 g of Chinese cabbage.
- Cut 3 carrots into thin sticks.
- Sauté everything in 1 tbsp. to s. olive oil with 1 tbsp. to c. grated ginger, 2 pressed garlic cloves, salt and pepper.
- Book.
- Fry 400 g cubed salmon trout steaks.
- Deglaze by adding with 2 tbsp. to s. tamari sauce, 1 tbsp. to c. of honey and a little water.
- Serve with the vegetables, chopped chives and golden sesame.
