Betty Simpson, 80, is the star of the moment on the social network Instagram. This American learned of her lung cancer several months ago. To pay tribute to his thirst for life, his humor and to salute his fight against the disease, his grandson, Zach Belden, opened a page on the social network. He devotes the everyday moments shared with his grandmother to it.

She also confides that her grandson has not left her since she almost succumbed to the disease six months earlier.
