Preparation
- Preheat the oven th. 7 (210 ° C).
- Rinse and dry the cherries thoroughly (with or without pits, depending on your habits) then spread them out in an oiled baking dish.
- Pour the cornstarch into a bowl, mix with enough milk to obtain a thick but smooth preparation, then add the eggs one by one, the rice flour, the sugar and the aroma of bitter almonds.
- Gradually incorporate the rest of the milk then pour over the cherries.
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
Thanks to the use of almond milk and a mixture of rice and cornflour, this clafoutis is gluten and lactose free. Easy to digest!
