This new service offered by Rare Diseases Info services was put online last Monday, and this “rare disease chat” will now be offered every first Monday of the month, from 6 pm to 7 pm.
On this occasion, Internet users will be able to ask their questions directly to the Rare Diseases Info Services team. But each chat session will focus on a particular topic and depending on the topic addressed, the Rare Diseases Info Services team may be reinforced by a guest expert.
The next two sessions:
Monday, May 2 from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m .: Autoimmune diseases, what causes and what treatment?
Monday June 6 from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m .: Rare disease and professional life, what solutions?
How to participate in the rare diseases chat?
It is very simple :
– log in to the Rare Diseases Info Services website the first Monday of the month between 6 p.m. and 7 p.m.
– select the chat service and enter a pseudonym
– ask your question: the answer will be posted a few moments later!
Note: if you are not free on the first Monday of the month, you also have the possibility to ask a question during the two weeks preceding the chat by connecting to the website. The answer to your question will then be posted on the day of the chat.
