Pleasure with his two penises
During his testimony, he explains that his two penises were erect at the same time and ejaculated simultaneously. He does not hesitate to go into details, to explain that some of his partners appreciated his genetic anomaly and that he himself took pleasure with his two organs. “When I penetrated a woman I felt like my other penis was going to explode”, he indicates.
But Tank preferred to have surgery and remove one of his two penises. Indeed, for a majority of his partners, sexual relations were painful. Today, therefore, he has only one sexual organ.
A very rare genetic anomaly
Diphallia is, according to National Institutes of Health, a very rare disease since it affects less than 1,000 men and boys in the United States. Tank, this truck driver, is therefore one of them, but he is not the only one in his family. He assures that his uncle is also affected!
Nevertheless, not all patients with diphallia have the same symptoms. “The extent of penile duplication and the number of associated abnormalities vary widely, ranging from two glans on a penis with no abnormality to complete penile duplication, associated with multiple abnormalities“says a case study published in the journal Case Reports in Urology.
Among these anomalies, the National Institutes of Health cites a malformation of the anus or colon, vertebral anomalies, a duplication of the bladder… In a study published in the journal International Journal of Surgery Case Reports, in April 2023, researchers report the case of a baby was born with two functioning penises but no anus. In order for him to pass his stools, the doctors had to create an opening, which saved the baby, who was able to leave the hospital 48 hours after the operation.
