Preparation
- Cook 250 g of soba noodles according to package directions.
- Drain and divide them among 4 bowls.
- Chop 1 onion and 200 g of Chinese cabbage.
- Take the florets from 1 bunch of broccoli.
- Sauté the vegetables with 1 tbsp. to s. olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Spread over the soba, then sprinkle with 1.5 l of very hot broth (Ariaké type). Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
