Preparation
- Scrape and wash 2 liters of mussels.
- Open them in a casserole dish over high heat then pour 20 cl of white wine and 1 tsp. to s. of curry.
- Cover and cook for 10 minutes, then stir in 20 cl of cooking soy cream. Serve with braised fennel.
