Ingredients:
- 250 grams flour (partly whole wheat, for example a quarter)
- ½ teaspoon salt
- pinch ground cumin
- black pepper
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Prepare
- Mix the flour with the salt, cumin, some freshly ground black pepper and the baking powder.
- Mix in the olive oil and about 150 ml lukewarm water. Knead well until a smooth, non-sticky dough is formed.
- Let the dough rest in cling film for 30 minutes in the fridge.
- Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces and roll out each piece thinly.
- Bake the thin cakes in a hot frying pan or on a griddle. About 1 minute per side.
Tips:
Use these wraps to eat with a salad, to fill at the table with hot or cold ingredients or to fill for a takeout lunch.
