My blood was recently examined by the doctor. Now my sugar level appears to be on the limit. What can I and can’t I eat globally?

A big misunderstanding among people with (too) high blood sugar levels is that specific products may or may not be eaten. The use of sugar is also sometimes unfairly avoided. It is outdated that people with high blood values should not use sugar.
It is more important to eat healthy and especially regularly spread over the day. So don’t skip meals! For people who are overweight, it can be extra wise to lose some weight. It has been found that the blood sugars can also assume a normal and/or lower value.
It is very difficult to say in concrete terms what might need to change in your diet, as I do not know your diet. Would you like to have your diet checked? Then ask your GP for a referral to a dietician in your area. Even if you are a healthy weight, she can give tips and advice about nutrition.
