Windows offers a variety of disaster recovery tools, but there are also plenty of additional solutions available. One of them is Redo Rescue. You download Redo in the form of a bootable image file (iso) that you can put on a suitable USB medium or burn to a disc. You can then restart the PC. You then have a working Linux version that automatically starts the backup program. This allows you to create or restore an exact copy of your system. You can also selectively recover data and all that even remotely.
