Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (th. 6). In a bowl, combine all the seeds, flour and salt. Pour in the oil.
- Add a little water and knead until you get a ball of dough.
- Spread the dough thinly on a floured work surface, it should be 5 mm thick.
- Cut shapes with a cookie cutter and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15 min. Crackers should be golden and crisp. Let them cool before eating them.
