Dull and limp hair is not inevitable. It is recommended to take a course of food supplements, especially in autumn (and for 3 months), to boost growth. Start by incorporating a few simple gestures into your daily routine.
Custom rinse
There water temperature used for successive rinses should not be too high. Shampoo and conditioner are removed with a warm to cool water. The scales are then tightened and the hair is radiant.
In the last step, before drying the hair and after rinsing the hair care, apply lemon water or rinse vinegar.
These two natural products dissolve the limescale particles that dull the lengths.
Be careful, lemon juice is not used pure, it can weaken and dry out the fibre.
Avoid silicones
THE silicone formulas have an immediate effect on the lengths. They coat the hair for a mirror effect and an ultra-slippery feel. In the long run, silicones, derived from plastic, suffocate the scalp and hair. The lengths become dull and weighed down.
Daily brushing
Practiced with a brush adapted to the nature of the hair, it contributes to the good health of the fiber. Indispensable at the end of the day to eliminate dust and pollution particles, brushing also helps distribute the sebum, moisturizing and protective, over the lengths.
