4 portobello mushrooms (very large mushrooms)

1 ball of mozzarella

Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Cut the stems from the portobello mushrooms and cut them into pieces. Slice the tomatoes. Cut four slices of the mozzarella and cut the rest into small pieces.
- Mix the pieces of mozzarella with the stems of the portobello. Season with salt and pepper. Fill the portobello mushrooms with this mixture.
- Place a basil leaf on the mixture and tomato slices on top. Cover with a slice of mozzarella.
- Bake the stuffed portobello mushrooms in the oven for about 15-20 minutes.
