Half of French people regularly suffer from headache. They can be of muscular, cervical or visual origin, be caused by the abuse ofalcoholinhalation of chemicals or consumption of a poorly tolerated food, or occur during an illness ENT. The migrainemeanwhile, is very specific: it affects only one side of the skull and occurs by attack.
Anti-headache peppermint
In a 10 ml bottle, mix: 1 ml of chrysanthemum HE (partial or large chamomile), 1 ml of HE of pepper mint, 1 ml of kunzea EO. Complete with vegetable kernel oilapricot. Apply to the temples and base of the skull, morning and evening, until symptoms improve.
Express Solution
From the first signs, apply 1 to 2 drops ofessential oil of peppermint and mass, without touching the eyes. For greater effectiveness, combine with 1 drop of Roman chamomile or super lavandin. Against a tension headachewe bet on the basil sweet with linalool or great green basil, also massaged into the temples.

Chrysanthemum essential oil, also called partenella or feverfew, is the great remedy for migraine. The problem: it is not very widespread. But it is easily found inherbal medicine for a well-known anti-migraine herbal tea (1 tablespoon for a cup, to infuse for 10 minutes).
