Preparation
- Rinse the leek whites, slice them very finely (ideally, using a mandolin). Steam them for about 10min.
- Steam the place steaks as well, 10 to 12 minutes depending on their thickness. Serve the fish steaks on the leek bed, sprinkle with lemon juice and pepper.
