
Ultimate drink when you are cold and shivering.
Ingredients

1 piece of ginger root of 5 cm

1 orange juice

1 liter of water
-
honey
Preparation
Peel the ginger root and cut into thin slices. Squeeze the orange. Bring the water to the boil with the ginger and juice and let it boil for 5 minutes. Strain the tea and season with honey.
Tip:
It’s also nice to use one cinnamon stick and some cloves instead of the orange juice; the tea will then have a spicier taste.
