Small dry and scaly patches, pinkish or whitish, scabs are most often found on the face and are most prevalent in winter. The reason: a lack of lipids at the level of the epidermis which, less well protected, becomes more sensitive to various aggressions such as heat, cold or infection due to mushroom. It is therefore necessary to act simultaneously on hydration, cell regeneration and fungal infection.
Regenerating rosewood
In a 10 ml bottle, mix: 2 ml of Hô wood HE, 1 ml of niaouli. Complete with vegetable oil rosehip. A few drops are applied to the scab, twice a day for 7 days.
Express Solution
We bet on the HE of rose geranium for its antifungal and healing properties. We mix 2 drops with 2 drops of vegetable oil of calendula – chosen for its anti-inflammatory and soothing properties – and applied to the scab 1 to 2 times a day.
The advice in +
To overcome the deficiency in lipids, boost your diet with good fats and in particular in omega-3 with oil of rapeseed, linen, nutoily fish (herring, mackerel, sardines, salmon), seeds of chia. And to bring lipids by cutaneous way, one applies on the scab several times per day 2 to 3 drops of oil of borageofarganmacadamia or calendula.
