The Godfather 2 was the big breakthrough for the actor Robert De Niro. It’s about the young Vito Corleone growing up in Sicily and New York in 1910. And the film follows Michael Corleone in the 1950s as he tries to expand the ‘family business’ to Las Vegas, Hollywood and Cuba.
The Department
This film is from 2006 and has an 8.5. The film is a remake of the Hong Kong crime film Infernal Affairs (2002). The lead roles are played by Leonardo DiCaprio, Matt Damon and Jack Nicholson. The Departed won four Oscars. The story is about a double mole, both with Nicholson’s Irish gang and with the police. And this creates a pleasant dynamic.
