Ingredients

2 tablespoons of (olive) oil

400 grams of beef strips

Provencal herbs

12 potatoes

1 dl semi-skimmed milk

900 grams spinach (frozen)

6 tablespoons grated cheese (preferably 30+)
Preparation
Heat oil in a pan. Sprinkle meat strips with salt, pepper and Provencal herbs. Bake over high heat for about 2 minutes, stirring until brown, then lower the heat and bake for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, boil potatoes and mash with semi-skimmed milk. Add salt as desired. Heat spinach in microwave according to directions. Toss spinach through mashed potatoes. Divide the puree between four plates and sprinkle with cheese. Serve with meat strips.
