A fresh meal salad finished with a boiled egg.
Ingredients

500 grams of new potatoes

300 grams green beans

1 tablespoon salad dressing 25 percent oil

2 tablespoons semi-skimmed yogurt

1 spring onion

1 red bell pepper

1 can of tuna pieces in water

Preparation
- Wash the new potatoes and boil them in a little water for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Hard boil the eggs.
- Clean the green beans and break them into thirds. Boil the green beans for 10 minutes.
- Make a dressing from the salad dressing, yogurt, some vinegar and pepper.
- Cut the spring onion into rings.
- Peel the eggs and cut them into wedges.
- Drain the cooked potatoes and green beans and mix in the dressing and onion rings. Let this cool.
- Clean the bell pepper and cut it into cubes.
- Drain the tuna.
- Mix the bell pepper and the fish through the salad.
- Place some washed lettuce leaves on a plate and arrange the salad and the egg wedges on top.
