Since my prostate surgery, now ten weeks ago, I no longer produce sperm. What could be the cause of this? I have been happily married for 52 years.

You still make sperm, but due to changes in the anatomy around the prostate and bladder neck, it no longer comes out when you ejaculate, but goes into the bladder.
This is a very common result of a transurethral resection of the prostate (TURP), the surgery I believe you have had where the prostate is ‘cleared out’ from the inside. I’m actually a bit surprised that you weren’t told that beforehand.
