“Take care of your body, it’s the only place you can live. »
There are plenty of easy ways to incorporate a little activity into your daily routine.
Here are three little ideas I thought of for you:
- Put on a song you love and improvise a little dance in the living room or, for more discretion, in your bathroom.
- Set your phone’s alarm to remind you to take 100 steps every hour.
- If you’re commuting to work or going shopping, change your route and take a little detour (just for fun and to see something else)!
If you’re at home because it’s raining, no need to go out, take the time to breathe deeply and do some stretching and other stretching movements.
And tell us everything what are you going to do today to stir?
